6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees

6.2 Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

In no event shall London Community Outreach Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
